Portionsanrettet nytårsdessert bestående af et lag af hindbærsorbet og et lag italiensk pistacieis. Desserten har en flydende midte af ren pistaciecreme og støbt i en guldprikket chokoladeskål. Ovenpå er desserten pyntet med hakkede pistacienødder, frysetørret rabarber og spiseligt guldstøv.
Vi foreslår, at man serverer desserten med ekstra pistaciecreme enten drysset på tallerknen inden servering, eller direkte fra glasset. Cremen kan tilkøbes i caféen.
Nytårsdesserterne kan afhentes alle ugens dage mellem 9-17.30 (23., 24. og 31. december fra 10-13). Skriv jeres ønskede afhentningstidspunkt i kommentarfeltet ved bestillingen.
